OZ Minerals Carrapateena is in the process of planning the construction of a refrigeration plant for it's Carrapateena Mine which requires an approximate 600m2 Compressor Building Shed.

OZ Minerals is continuing to expand its mining operations at the Carrapateena Mine. To facilitate this expansion, OZ Minerals requires an experienced and professional contractor to relocate its laundry (3nr) and gym facilities from its Exploration Camp to the primary Tjungu Camp, approximately 8km via trafficable access road (Refer to attached plans for further detail). The relocation is anticipated to commence in October 2020 with Completion before the end of 2020.

It is expected that the preferred Contractor will be responsible for the dismantle, transport and installation of the relocated facilities, including associated civil and services works.

The Contractor will also be responsible for all design, construction, testing, and commissioning.

OZ Minerals will provide the necessary as-built information as well as the anticipated service loadings to assist the Contractor with its design and connection to existing service infrastructure.

OZ Minerals is scheduled to undertake a Greenfields construction of a 55km Western Access Road to support the Carrapateena Operation.

The scope of work includes:
- Bulk earthworks;
- Granular pavement construction;
- Detailed drainage and earthworks, including scour protection;
- Insitu concrete construction of floodway drainage structures;
- Mechanical protection of existing in-ground third party assets;
- Establishment of a DPTI standard intersection at the Stuart Highway; and
- Supply and establishment of infrastructure to support construction activities.

With detailed design well-advanced, it is anticipated that initial market enquiries will be called October 2019, with construction scheduled to commence in January 2020.

A Near Site Facility (Port Augusta or Whyalla) is to be utilised to provide the following professional analysis services:

- Sample preparation utilising pulverisers, screens, drying ovens, crusher, secondary crush prior to milling, pre and post weighing of samples, dry weighing of samples etc.
- Mill clean out materials (barren wash).
- X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry analysis of 15 elements (listed in attached doc).
- Fire assay, Multi Acid Digest, ICP-OES finish, Specific ion electrode (From Lithium Borate Fusion) as per the attachment.

OZ Minerals Carrapateena is seeking expressions of interest from potential vendors to sort, shred and process timber (approx. 800t p/a) and poly (approx. 80t p/a) waste at its onsite waste transfer facility in addition to loading and transporting the material offsite for recycling. The service is to be provided on a quarterly basis for a 3 year (2+1) period.

Potential vendors will need to supply specialised equipment and skilled and trained operators to perform the works safely and efficiently.

Meals, accommodation and fuel (onsite only) will be provided by OZ Minerals and flights are available for operators ex. Adelaide and Port Augusta.

Interested Vendors are to provide their Capability Statements and an indicative rates schedule to undertake the works.

The Concentrate Logistics services operate a road heavy haulage 24-hour operation, 365 days a year. The Product is transported in purpose built BK2 rated containers. This service is required to deliver a consistent supply of Product to the Delivery Point consistent with the Prominent Hill Mine production plan.

OZ Minerals is seeking Expressions of Interest for supply and shipment of diesel fuel from supplier's depot in South Australia to OZ Minerals diesel fuel facilities at Carrapateena and Prominent Hill.

Supplier will be required to ensure that supply of diesel fuel is managed to ensure that the Minimum Stock Level at each facility is maintained at all times.
